Nelle immediate vicinanze dell'immobile si trovano diverse linee autobus e la fermata metro C Torre Maura (con la quale poter raggiungere celermente il centro di Roma e gli altri poli universitari romani)
Il Campus dispone di:
- Ampi spazi comuni dedicati al bar/tavola calda, oltre a una cucina comune dotata di ogni comfort.
- Piscina al chiuso, palestra, sauna, bagno turco
- Lavanderia dotata di lavatrici ed asciugatrici
- Posto auto interno

Da ottobre a luglio si accettano locazioni che vanno da un minimo di 31 notti ad un massimo di 12 mesi. Per la stanza è necessario essere in possesso di un certificato di immatricolazione o attestato di iscrizione a qualsiasi corso di studi (anche danza, musica o recitazione).

I costi delle stanze includono l'uso dei servizi disponibili in struttura e la pulizia completa una volta a settimana della stanza con cambio lenzuola e due volte a settimana con il cambio asciugamani.

I costi sono i seguenti:
- 590€ ciascuno per la doppia condivisa;
- 800€ la matrimoniale.
